You are free to start a chat with Sales support regarding questions related to orders, billing, etc.

In which cases can I contact Technical support via the live chat?
Please note that live chat is for urgent technical questions only. All technical tasks are performed via tickets only due to security reasons. Please don't provide any access credentials or other secret information via this chat.

What to do if support asked me to create a Ticket?
You can create a ticket on the "Requests" tab of the the Management panel or by sending a message to the corresponding email address: sales@webzilla.com or support@webzilla.com.

I can't see the chat window! What's wrong!?
In case you're unable to see the chat window please check the ad blocking settings of your browser. Extensions like Ghostery and AdBlock may block the chat window from displaying properly.
